Healthcare Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Domestic & International Hospitals and Healthcare space with expertise in Hospital Management, Operations, Marketing, IT and Project Management. He Has successfully completed multiple Brown Field and Green Field Projects. He is a Certified Internal Auditor for NABH and Certified Trainer from ISTD. He currently holds blackbelt in Six Sigma. With in depth knowledge and expertise in Costing, Revenue and Profit Maximisation, he is an expert in creation of Policies and SOPs.
He has visited Dubai, Mauritius, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Thailand for Hospital Projects. He is currently the Board Advisor to different Hospitals and has won many awards.
Selva Kumar
CFO
Mr. Selva Kumar is a fellow member in Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a Certified Anti-Money laundering Specialist from ACAMS in Miami (USA). He has almost twenty years of experience in various sectors like IT, Manufacturing and Banking. His last organization was World Bank where he handled a four-million-dollar project in DC.
He has good amount of exposure in Quality assurance & Due Diligence audit. His knowledge in audit is quite immense as he used to train people in World Bank across globe to maintain the standard of audit. He is a specialist in GST & Income tax.

Mr K Subramanian is presently associating himself as Advisor – CSR and Focused Placement in one of the Leading companies in TVS group with more than 35 yrs of rich experience in the field of HR/ IR Learning & Development in addition to Objective Talent Management Process . Before joining TVS Group , he was heading the HR function of Godrej/ Ashok Leyland / Rane and Simpson Group of Companies managing a large workforce . His rich experience in the field of Humanity/Education and Industrial Psychology has created a unique space for himself in many business schools and colleges as a renowned academician .

She brings 25 years of experience with and expertise in healthcare leadership. She has worked with leading Hospitals as Nursing Head. Her leadership style emphasizes a patient-centric approach, fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment.
With a focus on continuous improvement, she has successfully navigated the dynamic landscape of healthcare, ensuring regulatory compliance and championing quality initiatives.

John Fredrick is a seasoned Interior Designer and Contractor with an extensive career spanning 3 decades. Holding a Bachelor’s degree fromLoyola College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Interior Designing, he has earned recognition for his expertise in Hospital, corporate and Industrial interior decoration.
